Middle Eastern inspiration combines with traditional Japanese methods to create a fantastic utility / defense piece! The Steve Corkum Persian has plenty of belly and a long sweeping edge that is equally at home in the kitchen or on the range.

Each knife features a fully clay tempered 1050 stainless steel blade, with visible temper line. All knives are satin finished, and have a traditional black cord wrap handle with colored ray skin inserts.

The Steve Corkum Persian comes with a Kydex belt sheath.
