Stock & Availability: We will never charge you for an order before it is ready to ship. While we strive to ship all of our orders within 48-72 hours, our website does not list the stock or availability for any items. We attempt to have all items in stock, however, if an item is out of stock when you order, you agree that we will backorder it for you, and hold your entire order until it is complete and ready to ship. If you choose to split your order into multiple shipments, we will charge you shipping costs for each shipment. Orders older than 30 days will be notified before shipment.

If you have any questions regarding the stock or availability of a product on our site, please call before placing your order. You may change, modify or cancel any backorder by calling us during business hours at 502-671-5510. Please have your order number handy.

Price Matching: OneStopKnifeShop will attempt to match prices with other dealers in good standing. Price matching requires the following conditions: the item must be in stock at the competing vendor, and available for immediate shipmen; we will not match prices on out of stock merchandise. Close outs, loss leaders, Typo's and discountinued merchandise sales will not be honored.

Age requirements: You must be at least 18 to order any product from us. Some items contained in this catalog may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item in this catalog. By placing an order, you agree that you are of legal age, that you have read our terms & conditions, and that you take full responsibility for obeying all federal, state and local laws, restrictions, and regulations!

Credit card orders: If you wish, you may use your credit card to pay for any orders you place with us. For security reasons we must have the billing address of the card being used, as well as a working phone number to contact if there are any problems with the transaction.

Legality: It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning use, ownership & possession of any product in this catalog. Also any attempt in entrapment by any law enforcement agency will be met with swift legal action. Please consult local law enforcement if you have any questions or doubts as to the legality of any product we have for sale on this site.

International Orders: Due to increasing amounts of international credit card fraud, we can no longer process direct credit card orders from international customers. The only exception to this are orders from Canada.

Canada customers only: Shipping to Canada is only $20.00 for most orders. Email us for details.

International orders are shipped by UPS International. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover all taxes, duties, tariffs, fees, and appropriate charges for their purchase.

Note: All final shipping charges may vary as we will not know the actual shipping charge until your box is packaged.

SALES TAX:
6% Sales tax will be collected for any orders with Kentucky billing or shipping addresses.

Errors and Mistakes on this site:
As we are only human, sometimes we will make mistakes when formatting the pages of this site. As such, if you encounter a typographical error such as a product with a $0.00 price tag, it will not be honored. Instead, your order will be cancelled, we will correct the mistake as soon as possible, and you will be invited to reorder said product.

From time to time, manufacturers will update or change products, materials, and pricing. While we strive to keep information on this site current, we are only human and items may not reflect current manufacturer specifications. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us before ordering; once an item is sent, it is your responsibility to return it to us for any claims or issues.
