Stock & Availability:

  • While we strive to ship all of our orders within 48-72 hours, our website does not list the stock or availability for any items.
  • If you have any questions regarding the stock or availability of a product on our site, please call before placing your order. You may change, modify or cancel any backorder by calling us during business hours at 502-671-5510. Please have your order number handy.
  • We will never charge you for an order before it is ready to ship.
  • We attempt to have all items in stock, however, if an item is out of stock when you order, you agree that we will backorder it for you, and hold your entire order until it is complete and ready to ship. If you choose to split your order into multiple shipments, we will charge you shipping costs for each shipment. Orders older than 45 days will be notified before shipment.
  • Effective 12/1/2013: Shipment of incomplete orders - If an order is not complete at 90 days from the time the order was placed, backorders will be cancelled and in stock items will be shipped.  Regular shipping rates will apply. 

Price Matching: 

OneStopKnifeShop will attempt to match prices with other dealers in good standing.

Price matching requires the following conditions: the item must be in stock at the competing vendor, and available for immediate shipment. We will not match prices on out of stock merchandise. Close outs, loss leaders, typographical errors and discountinued merchandise sales will not be honored.

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order at any time, without charge, up until the day it ships. For your own protection, all order cancellations must be done by phone; between Monday - Friday, 10AM - 6PM EST. Please call 1.502.671.5510 and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you. Special order cancellations will be charged a full 20% restocking fee.

Why does OneStopKnifeShop only accept phone cancellations?
Despite every effort to best serve our customers, we sometimes cannot keep a constant eye on e-mail, forums, or any of the other ways we can be contacted. Sometimes things get lost, sidetracked, or never even make it to us, with the result of our finding out about the order being canceled after the item has been shipped.

By allowing only cancellations only by phone, we can immediately look up your customer information and confirm with you what you've ordered, which exact order you want to cancel, and pull the order from the system at that time - preventing mistakes from happening later.

Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped. Packages that are refused by the customer will be issued a partial refund, minus return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.


It is your responsibility to check all applicable laws concerning use, ownership & possession of any product we offer. Please consult local law enforcement if you have any questions or doubts as to the legality of any product we have for sale on this site.

Age Requirements: 

You must be at least 18 to order any product from us. Some items contained in this catalog may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item in this catalog.

Credit card orders (United States & Canada based customers): 

We accept credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard and Discover. In order to maintain anti-fraud compliance, we must have the correct billing address of the card being used, as well as a working phone number to contact if there are any problems with the transaction. Orders totalling over $500 will only be shipped to the billing address of the card holder. You will not be billed until your order is complete and ready to ship. We will never release your information to third parties.

International Orders:

Due to increasing amounts of international credit card fraud, we can no longer process direct credit card orders from international customers. The only exceptions to this are orders from Canada, members of the United States military services serving overseas, and memberships for BladeForums.com.

If you are overseas and wish to order from us, we require pre-payment through certified funds in US Dollars. Payment may be made via certified / cashiers check, International Money Order, or wire transfer. Our mailing address for certified funds is:

Orders being sent to non-United States locations (excluding military mail) will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Services. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover all taxes, duties, tariffs, fees, and appropriate charges for their purchase. We will not know the actual shipping charge until your box is packaged.


6% Sales tax will be collected for any orders with Kentucky billing or shipping addresses.

Errors and Mistakes on this site:

As we are only human, sometimes we will make mistakes when formatting the pages of this site. As such, if you encounter a typographical error such as a product with a $0.00 price tag, it will not be honored. Instead, your order will be cancelled, we will correct the mistake as soon as possible, and you will be invited to reorder said product.

From time to time, manufacturers will update or change products, materials, and pricing. While we strive to keep information on this site current, we are only human and items may not reflect current manufacturer specifications. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us before ordering; once an item is sent, it is your responsibility to return it to us for any claims or issues.
