OneStopKnifeShop will attempt to match prices with other dealers in good standing.
Price matching requires the following conditions: the item must be in stock at the competing vendor, and available for immediate shipment. We will not match prices on out of stock merchandise. Close outs, loss leaders, typographical errors and discountinued merchandise sales will not be honored.
You may cancel your order at any time, without charge, up until the day it ships. For your own protection, all order cancellations must be done by phone; between Monday - Friday, 10AM - 6PM EST. Please call 1.502.671.5510 and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you. Special order cancellations will be charged a full 20% restocking fee.
Why does OneStopKnifeShop only accept phone cancellations?
Despite every effort to best serve our customers, we sometimes cannot keep a constant eye on e-mail, forums, or any of the other ways we can be contacted. Sometimes things get lost, sidetracked, or never even make it to us, with the result of our finding out about the order being canceled after the item has been shipped.
By allowing only cancellations only by phone, we can immediately look up your customer information and confirm with you what you've ordered, which exact order you want to cancel, and pull the order from the system at that time - preventing mistakes from happening later.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped. Packages that are refused by the customer will be issued a partial refund, minus return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

We accept credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard and Discover. In order to maintain anti-fraud compliance, we must have the correct billing address of the card being used, as well as a working phone number to contact if there are any problems with the transaction. Orders totalling over $500 will only be shipped to the billing address of the card holder. You will not be billed until your order is complete and ready to ship. We will never release your information to third parties.
Due to increasing amounts of international credit card fraud, we can no longer process direct credit card orders from international customers. The only exceptions to this are orders from Canada, members of the United States military services serving overseas, and memberships for BladeForums.com.

Orders being sent to non-United States locations (excluding military mail) will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Services. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover all taxes, duties, tariffs, fees, and appropriate charges for their purchase. We will not know the actual shipping charge until your box is packaged.
6% Sales tax will be collected for any orders with Kentucky billing or shipping addresses.
As we are only human, sometimes we will make mistakes when formatting the pages of this site. As such, if you encounter a typographical error such as a product with a $0.00 price tag, it will not be honored. Instead, your order will be cancelled, we will correct the mistake as soon as possible, and you will be invited to reorder said product.
