When
can I expect to receive my order?
Depending on where you live, availability of the item(s) ordered, and method
of ordering, it can take anywhere between 2-14 days for a package to reach it's
final destination. Please refer to our UPS ground shipping guide found here
for time estimates
What
shipping service do you use?
At this time, we ship our orders by United Parcel Service (UPS). We will not
ship packages through the US Postal Service, RPS, FedEx or any other service,
though we are looking at other options.

Can
I use a different method of shipping?
We are more than happy to use any shipping method you prefer, however, we will
not be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of items sent by alternate
shipping methods. By specifying another carrier, the buyer takes sole responsibility
for any lost, damaged or stolen items in their order.
Can
I choose UPS Ground for orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska?
Sure you can, just don't expect to be charged $8.00; you'll be automatically
upgraded to 2nd Day Air, and your freight charge will reflect
this. Sorry, but until they build the Insterstate Highways to Hawaii or Alaska,
we don't have another option.
Requesting alternate shipment is acknowledgement of your sole liability in the event that your package does not reach its destination, is damaged, or stolen.
Please be advised that there may be additional charges incured by using alternate shipping methods.
